Dinner - Flavorful Baked Chicken Patties

Our new stove has inspired me to experiment with new dinners.

I made my own ground chicken using boneless, skinless chicken breast and my Cuisinart food processor. I've never ground meat in the Cuisinart, but it was quick and easy. The quality was a lot better than the ground chicken from the grocery store. (No to mention cheaper. I used frozen Costco chicken breasts.)

Here's the sort of recipe:

Flavorful Baked Chicken Patties
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Ingredients:
- Four ground boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
- Italian bread crumbs.
- 1 egg.
- Freshly grated parmesan/romano cheese blend.
- Montreal chicken seasoning.

I didn't measure anything. I'm discovering that I love to just dump things together.

I was careful not to over mix everything.

Form into patties and place on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes, flip over, and bake 10 or 15 minutes more.

While the patties were baking, I made Chicken Flavor Rice-a-Roni.

We also had salad.

The patties were a hit. I can tell that I'm going to be working on creating many variations of this recipe.
